Ode To Heroes

I look up to someone who Doesn't know the things they do Keeps me safe from harm each day Every time they go away And do a job without regret It's something I won't forget In harms path they will stroll down Fear is something never found Inside these heroes minds and hearts I admire them a lot Firefighters cops and soldiers A heavy load on their shoulders Determined they take a stand Protecting people in this land Of freedom.
