Nobody Here Walking
nobody here walking
i talk to myself to heal
i sing an old late 60s song in the temperamental, indecisive sunshine
raindrops then begin to actually fall on my head
however that is okay
i am off work today and the rest of the week
all my errands have been run
it is still early in the day
all of the bills have been paid
my annual physical was a flawless success for a change
now i shall sing that song about it being time for a cool change
the birds are singing
the ducks, the geese, and the swans are echoing my inner feelings
the water is glistening and sounding so peaceful,
and i have it all to myself
the rarest of moments are to be enjoyed in our One Life To Live
