Nightfall
Whenever life gets too hard and you feel like falling apart,
seek shelter in my arms,
find comfort in my heart,
and when night falls,
I'll sit with you in the dark,
and we'll make friends with the moon and the stars.
And when the sun finally rises and shines light on your scars,
don't be afraid to show the world who you are,
you may not have made it to where you're going,
but you've made it this far,
and I'll be there to lead you out from the dark.
