My Sweet, O How I Miss You
Lost in the wind I’m missing you, my sweet.
No time nor space can rectify my fear-
We used to share one soul, a love complete;
it’s the solace in your arms when you’re near.
No time nor space can rectify my fear.
For I’ve been bound by a promise not kept-
It’s the solace in your arms when you’re near,
since you have been gone my poor heart inept.
For I’ve been bound by a promise not kept,
lost in the breeze without ease in my mind-
Since you have been gone my poor heart inept,
I remember when our soft stars aligned.
Lost in the breeze without ease in my mind,
fearing a farewell would leave me broken-
I remember when our soft stars aligned;
for the Autumn vows we swore were spoken.
Fearing a farewell would leave me broken,
not knowing how I am to heal this pain-
For the Autumn vows we swore were spoken,
now dull moments of craving you remain.
Not knowing how I am to heal this pain,
we used to share one soul, a love complete-
Now dull moments of craving you remain....
lost in the wind I’m missing you, my sweet.
