My Eclipse

I sat inside my desert. Then in a moment, I sprang from despair. To where the forest wept, while the wild slept I listened in awe and dismay. How do I squelch my desert? Embracing this desire to move on. Will the sting of a wasp or The bite from a fox move me to where I belong? Then, in the distance, I felt it. The change of seasons, blowing my way. From Fall til Spring, I'll slumber. Resting my need to wonder. Soothing my soul if just ... for one more day.
