Breathe blue breeze Let the poison of worry Grow white wings flying Away from your space Embrace peace and unity With all that is good Hold on to light Be filled with hope Delight in this feeling Be one with it Never let it go Meditate and relax Pull back all your thoughts Let them flow Into a black hole And float like infant In a warm womb You are safe embraced In a healthy holy place Always know your worth That you are loved

Karen, this is truly wonderful. We who can think like this are indeed lucky. Funny how thinking in the right way can make us feel really wonderful. I find just reading and responding to poetry here (to yours for example) gives me an internal feeling of happiness and joy. It's something hard to describe, but it's some kind of remarkable high that's more powerful than any drug we could find on the street or get by subscription. It's so good, I hardly believe it myself...but it is true! Smiles!
