Those college kids sure get excited when they win while their professional counterparts barely grin ~ although they do get rich as sin

I do enjoy college sports for that reason. Their passion just makes the game more exciting. Stay frosty my friend.

I'm mean enough to smile when the big- moneyed schools are upset :) Our team had a HUGE scandal this year and the rest of season cancelled, coach fired, new one hired. It was a great program under Lou Henson and Neil McCarthy--Final Four and Great Eight!

At first I thought you might be an Illinoisan, what with the mention of Lou Henson... but I see that you live elsewhere (New Mexico? or Arizona?). Oh, well. ~ Illinoisan, albeit by default

Well said, Gershon! It's why I love the college games so much more - there's hunger, not arrogance -> go UConn! Best - john ps: See my Quatern "Five On The Floor''

That's right, John. Those college guys truly want it. And I'm rooting for UConn too, by the way. Thanks for the visit and the support. ~ Gershon

One thing I know, Paula. Whoever wins, the other team loses. But do they get a 'participation trophy?!' lol. Good luck to everyone.
