Love’s Anxious Symphony
Mind is puzzled, heart is heavy,
Mouth mumbled, eyes were weary.
Worried, curious, “Who is she?”
“Oh, she’s the one that got away.”
When anxiety hits, everything feels wrong,
Unlock the playlist, hear the sad song.
A constant battle, a dreadful fight,
Anxiety clouds both day and night.
My fear seemed so loud tonight,
Anxiety’s grip feels so tight,
Stealing the joy of my everyday,
Thought my love would be taken away.
Doubts and worries, swirling inside,
The pain of love is hard to hide.
Fear of loss drives me insane,
Anxiety in love is like a constant rain.
Who am I to plead for your company?
When I am just a nobody.
My fear dances, not feeling so well,
Anxiety, too, must feel its own hell.
But amidst the storm, there’s a glimmer of light,
Love’s warmth breaking through the night.
Affirmation’s power, your love, and trust,
Anxiety in love merely turned to dust.
Who am I to plead for your company?
When I am just a nobody
My fear dances, not feeling so well,
Anxiety, too, must feel its own hell.
But amidst the storm, there’s a glimmer of light,
Love’s warmth breaking through the night.
Affirmation’s power, your love, and trust
Anxiety in love merely turned to dust.
