Lost My Way

I stumble each day, Praying to a God I now barely believe in. The years of turning to my faith Diminished In the eye of insurmountable pain, A loss so great that it shook me to the ground. Searching for the why In your goodbye, Feeling betrayed by the Great One, Stealing my precious child in the wee hours of the night. Struggling to find my footing, Knowing deep down that He is bigger than life. I lost my way, The night you went His way.
