Like Fireflies, Are We

A fiery light glows amidst the blackened eclipse Starry skies cloud dark as heavy waters quench natures thirst. Bioluminescence, the night light of nature shines alone. Vexing to the blinded Comforting to the sighted The lucent beetle floats aimlessly longing to fill unknown needs cast aside and cursed along the way unaffected, it draws nearer until it crosses it's destined path frozen by intrigue the likeness doesn't mirror only compliments Now two glow together Brighter Luminating the others darkness Revealing that darkness existed Before they met
