Life of a Pig
Life of a pig
Here I lie snug and comfy in my straw bed
And have lots of food for me to enjoy
My self and friends can wander as we wish
Have nice baths in water so clean
But many a time I have a good wallow in the mud
For fun and to keep myself cool
People step back in disgust that I am so dirty
For fun we all have a trotter race
To see who can get to the trough first
And nothing is better than a snout around
I snuffle, squeal and grunt all day long
And no one will ever complain
But on a hot summers day we need
Our sun oil rubbed on the same as you
Because our pale bodies burn so easily
A beautiful life I have, until that is
Our bacon is up, for a poor pig like me
