Life
Whispers float upon the wind
Cutting deep beneath the skin
Not a scar do they show
But destroy hearts as they go
Eyes that look through the glass be
Though they look they do not see
As a ship with no pier to bind
I float tossed with no shore to find
Barnicles cling, creating a cement wall
Which weigh, downward I shall fall
Birds dare not sing for me
Even the bees stinger leaves me be
