It's Christmas Time Again
It's Christmas time again:
Carols are playing,
towns decorating,
and then parading,
showing their Christmas cheer.
It's Christmas time again:
Time for tree trimming,
with colored lights twinkling,
and hot cocoa drinking,
as excitement fills the air.
It's Christmas time again:
Cookies are baking,
family, friends partaking,
sweet scents invading,
every square inch of home.
It's Christmas time again:
Shoppers are bustling,
store workers hustling,
gift paper rustling,
as perfect gifts are found.
It's Christmas time again:
Children are wishing,
and Christmas listing,
hoping Santa's listening,
as they wait for Christmas day.
It's Christmas time again:
Time for receiving and giving,
joyously living,
each day with thanksgiving,
as we celebrate anew.
