Invisible

You're yelling but they'll never hear Are they intentionally covering their ears? My so called friends don’t want to listen to my troubles, wants and needs They only listen to you when they want some money and favorable deeds Have you ever felt alone in a crowd of people? Hmm how strange…. When I blink my eyes and everything changes Is anyone there? Can anyone hear me? Hello? Is anyone there to find me? It's like I'm moving in slow motion Like waves in a calm ocean What does it mean to exist? How bizarre is this The only way that I can see Is by touching the world around me Everything about life is worth seeing To have faith is that you have to keep believing If life leads me in any direction; it is a quest to understand We don’t know our fate; but what is your life’s plan? You cannot see me because you choose not to To you, I am no one and you know it is true I’ve come to see that people just survive, and try to love to stay alive “They say that none of us exists, except in the imagination of his fellows, other than as an intangible, invisible mentality.” ? Edgar Rice Burroughs
