In the Palm of His Hand

He holds me in the palm of His hand My fear, He perfectly understands I understand, I am a work in progress It hurts, I feel like skipping the process He holds me in the palm of his hand He holds the sea in the hollow of His hand And measured heaven with a span For He has never ever failed to plan The One Who loves me is so close to hand And He has my name tattooed in His hand His hand had such a gracious large spread His comfort the valley of shadow I tread Like a Lamb led to the slaughter land A big nail struck through His hand His hand bleeding profusely Yet I took His love so loosely
