Imagination Waits

Plain brick walls Wait for clinking cans of spray paint To color in streetwise notions Beyond the naked eye Quiet strings of violins Wait for hands to draw across bows Or play pizzicato melodies Beyond the well-trained ear Blank pages Wait for clever pens To write stories and verses Beyond the bare mind Sparks of star light Wait for a ready lifeforce To ignite a hellmouth fire Beyond the ordinary self

It will happen as time goes by. An intrinsic view of what, might, should ,will happen eventually. Interesting poem Jaynee.

Dear Jaymee, this is a poetic celebration of creativity lying in wait, ready to transform the mundane into something extraordinary. Your vivid imagery of brick walls, violins, blank pages, and sparks of starlight beautifully captures the anticipation of artistic expression. Your words evoke a sense of possibility, encouraging us to see beyond the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary waiting within our own imagination. Outstanding! - Daniel

Why did the poet pen the poem? Because the blank page demanded it. The human mind is an amazing creation, and so is your poem Jaymee
