Imaginary

She saw a lion lying in the lounge, Grooving to the stereo speaker surround. Giraffe in the bath having a laugh, He towers so should've had a shower. Koala in the kitchen baking a cake Packed full of pecans and dates. Cheetah in the conservatory shuffling cards, Cheating with himself, not too hard. Hippo in the hall smiling at it all. But pictures she had taken Were all in her imagination, Her imaginary menagerie.
