Heart Condition

Nothing is about us..is it, yet we can feel or maybe hide better than the next, But what is the point of hiding if we can express those feelings at best, I've often said it's not me, but then how could I possibly relate, And really if it wasn't me at all, how could I even partially try to explain, The mirror shares secrets we bury deep inside, But are we willing to see our own while we're able to see into their eyes, The openness to share is a daring door to open, Because it is the key that unlocks answers to many of the hearts conditions.

I think we live in a world where there are so many who are scared of what other people think...I have fallen into that trap and yanked myself out of it many times..if someone accepts you, they're going to accept you for you and we will always come across ppl who won't.. that's a given but wouldn't you rather open up to fight the fear within yourself and be free of that and possibly make beautiful connections with others that opens your heart to love deeper. Why would you chance your heart becoming hard

And I really truly believe that there is more healing and love in opening up than not.. whether ppl are receptive or not, because it strives against fear, and so many live in fear,.I don't think that's how God intended us to be..our communication is the key to self love and loving others

Thank you Silent.. I've always been pretty open, but I struggle with that too..or I just don't realize things until after a conversation and I'm by myself really thinking about it. I sometimes envy those who can shut their mouths and keep things to themselves... but then again I think if I never opened up to some I wouldn't have the love and friendship and connection I have now with them,
