Why try to love When everytime you love your given the shove You try to be strong Just to be proven wrong A mask is what you put on For everyone to look upon No one can tell the difference Because all they are feeling is indifference No one really cares if your hurting Its why with people you are always averting To love is to be hurt So you must be on high alert Heart ache is the worst Makes you feel like your cursed There's no cure for heart ache You don't even get a break One heart ache comes with many more Its kinda like a war There is no winning So you feel like your endlessly spinning Heart ache is never easy It always makes you feel uneasy The pain goes away But ends up coming back another day Heart ache is painful In a ways its shameful
