Grace Upon Grace
How is it one like me, should draw God’s blessed face?
Such love shown for me, such grace upon grace.
How is it every sin is gone without a trace?
Such mercy on me, such grace upon grace.
How is it I am free; all guilt He has erased?
Such compassion on me, such grace upon grace.
How is it I can run; I will finish strong the race!
Such strength for me, such grace upon grace.
How is it I will rise; a glorious home awaits.
Such faithfulness toward me, such grace upon grace.
How is it I should gain, my Savior’s great embrace?
Such unfailing hope for me, such grace upon grace.
How is it all may gain this cherished, blessed place?
Such is God who longs to bless, with grace upon grace.
