Ferris Wheel
#Ferris wheel
It was one of those nights that you are not altogether surely did it happen.
there are no photographs, no receipts, no scrawled journal entries.
just a memory sitting in my mind like a half blown fireworks, rushing
to fill colors to the sky, waiting to disintegrate into nothing.
as i close my eyes, the picture played like a blurry montage.
I can see us driving for hours, until the street lights grew less familiar
the flickering post lamp, giving away to the stars.
then sitting across with you on a highest Ferris wheel ride, I see your soulful eyes
enticing, mirroring the beautifully lighted town from south, embracing lake fields and mountains, your hands reaching mine, your voice wisps a husky tone.
the conversation we had about everything, and nothing. And kissing you-
i remember that, It was one of those nights my mind can't be sure of,
that wonders if I was there at all, it is as though i never left.
