Eureka
Eureka!
It was the final admittance of humanism,
Of god’s non-existence and silent hello,
Which suggested there was some realism,
In the synoptic that to earth he did go.
From that half man half lion mini statue,
To the parents of that naughty Eden pair,
Through the cold desert Moses so knew,
God became human, no explaining air.
His crucifixion by Rome’s government,
Was because the emperors were divine,
So Jesus contrary belief in the immanent,
Made them mad and without any rhyme.
Is there any more to Jesus death trial,
Than a cultural cataclysm which installed,
Courage, conviction, belief that truth dial,
Which let anyone claim to be valid by god.
Free speech was contested that deep day,
When Jesus life was judged by Pontius Pilate,
He did not claim to be the Emperor anyway,
But only god in order to god negotiate.
