6 fillets of sea bass cup of melted butter 2/3 cup of flour (7 tablespoons of cornmeal) (seasoned) dash of cayenne pepper sprinkle fish in cayenne, coat with butter both sides dredge in flour-cornmeal mixture bake until browned about 15 minutes squeeze a lime across he cooked fish ....................................................... .............................. ................................................... .................. 6 cups shredded cabbage ( coated with 10 tablespoons of corn starch) 1 cup onions 3 cups of diced cooked potatoes 1 1/2 cups of diced bacon 2 cups of diced cooked sweet potatoes 1 tablespoon of thyme 1 tablespoon of basil 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 1 cup of white grape juice 2 cups of chicken stock 3 tablespoons of red pepper flakes 3/4 cups of cooked kale, drained and diced 3 tablespoons of crushed garlic 1/4 cup of celery in a heavy pot, add some bacon fat, allow to sauté for about 5 minutes stirring. add the kale, and red pepper flakes, add both sweet and white potatoes and add the grape juice, top the cabbage with the bacon tyme and basil and brownsugar place in a dutch oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes serve with the fish across the top !
