Don'T Forget Me Here
Don't forget me here
You said you love me from the start
Despite you trying so hard to prove
Me that is true
Yet your actions can't be different
From hurting me
What is the true colour of the problem
Of a woman
Makes me see the lies hidden in your truth
Despite my silence
You went ahead to take me for a ride
I keep waiting for you to get better
Hoping one day you will understand
The truth in my love
But with time discovery became a lesson
Of hopelessness
Is obvious despite my kindness
You refuse to respect my silence
And when you push me to leave
You always cry to say
Don't forget me here
Don't forget me here
Am out of the door
Sorry now you can't stop a man like me
You had all the time in the world
You had all the chances
You had all the resources towards me
But you took it all for granted
Don't cry cos we can get better
With out each other
Cos you have gotten the choice
You wanted
You can now enjoy all you have been hiding
You can now live your secrets openly
You can be happy without me
With all your deceit
Is not fair when you take me
To the junction of no return and
Yet you cry and say
Don't forget me here
