Died In 2014 - Part 3
Lee Marshall: Born:1949/11/28- Died: 2014/4/26
Lee Marshall was a bouncer
Pro wrestling’s great announcer
But you’d know him better for a single voice
For his was what you heard
When Tony the Tiger said a word
And Frosted Flakes was the cereal of choice
Mickey Rooney: Born:1920/9/23-Died:2014/4/06
Joseph Yule, Jr.
Was an actor not a crooner
Although he sang in many of his rolls
He was known as Andy Hardy
About the size of Bonnaparte
With an ego of the size of giant trolls
or
There once was a man Mickey Rooney
Who’s marriages were sort of cartooney
Though he was quite small
All his wives were quite tall
His love making must not have been puny
Sheila MacRae: Born:1921/9/24/ Died: 2014/3/6
Sheila MacRae was an actress they say
A singer and dancer as well
“To the moon” Jackie said
And now that she’s dead
No longer this poem shall I dwell
Hiroo Onoda: Born: 1922/3/19-Died: 2014/1/16
Hiroo Onoda fought in the big war
I’ll never surrender, he valiantly swore
And he kept that vow for 30 years more
But a man in a cave all alone
Longs for his family and home
And that’s why he deserves a death poem
Eli Wallach: Born 1915 - Died, 6/24/14:
He was good, he was bad, he was ugly
You might even say he was fugly
But it is a fact
This man he could act
And his women all thought he was snugly
