Love does not die, if it is true love, it only moves along with the one who is left.

Destiny By Franklin Price 05/08/2024 This love of ours is destiny God brought that love to you and me He did not falter in His task He brought us more than we could ask Until we met, life was about Confusion, searching, constant doubt When we met, we found much more Love for us, an open door Both mentally and physically It was the best for you and me Before I found you, we were lost The lives we had, were turned and tossed Our giving selves were not received The love we gave was not retrieved We found each other, lives renewed And with a different attitude We looked beyond how life had been And we, together, did begin A life for half a century A miracle, our destiny Now you are gone, and I'm still here The love we knew, I still hold dear Every day, I think of you And I wonder what to do What we had, gave us our all You are not here for me to call Without you here, I'm only part The half that's you, still in my heart You and I have much to give To be in other's lives to live To be involved, to satisfy Always together, you and I Would love to find someone like me To share the love that others see Who now are one, with love to share To be together, should I dare?
