Departure

Entwined in close embrace, Her body surface kissing his, Their lips sealed hard together, As they clutched hands, Their hairs dishevelled by , Flying thoughts of separation, Their eyes had a tear well, Their faces were flushed bright, By the only fright, And it came now, They loosened the embrace, Unlocked the kiss, And separated hands, As they stepped in opposites, Their brains rang the bell, Tears fell like rain drops, And they cried out, Silently and not aloud, With eyes focused on each other, They took steps back, The son was as emotional, As was the mother.
