Christmas 2010

We began this year with hopes and promises that our lives would be touched with good health, love, and happiness. Through this time, some of us have had to cope with pain, loss, heartbreak, and tough times. I've seen amazing people undertake challenging situations and endure with the strength they found within themselves. I saw people get back on their feet to take the next step, and others have grieved and have woken too see light in a new day. There are those who have been our crutch to lean on, our shoulder to cry on, the smiles and hugs we rely on.....to go on. I pray that those who seek, shall find; and those that give, will share their gifts. May the envy and greed of a closed mind be redeemed by a tolerant and receptive open heart. Together may we find that every day we are given a chance to make a difference in, not only ours, but in the lives of those around us. So, rest you merry gentle people, allow heaven and nature to sing, enjoy the comfort that brings you joy, and let there be peace on earth. Shani 2010
