Damian didn't Know it was their chosen hangout. As the day layed long. Damian Hakim was making his rounds From one establishment to the Next. The billards was packed With the Solomon Black China Men And The Associates. The BCM had Twenty members in the place. Solomon had much more. The Associates turned out to have Their own Associates, which Were their unknown brothers. And the atmosphere was nothing But smoothies and teenage Terrifying Testosterone stepping On toes room Only. They squeezed in some pool Play, some TV and Root beer floats. Now, they had the Jukebox blasting. Damian entered with his beat Cop corrosive cousins. DJ saw Him he tried to get to Damali. Just then Damian pulled the Cord of the jukebox. Time Stopped. Damian said, "Where is DJ!!" the entire crowd Pointed out his location, which Was just a few paces from Damali. DJ said, "Hi Daddy." Damian loosed a slight chuckle Inspite of himself. He motioned For DJ to stand before him. DJ complied with the slowest Forever walk. "Son," Damian Said through clenched teeth. While grasping DJ by his throat. "Do you know I'm loosing money Because of your gang gathering?" Damali watched feeling just a Bit uneasy and with some Slight profanity under his breath. " So, you will not be punished or Anything but you will go home. And tend to all Of your Neglected responsibilities, Looking after your Greatgrand." Working with your mothers at The apartment Building. I just Know you've been keeping up With your school work. Go Wait in the limousine and be Patient." He looked straight Through the crowd at Damali. Amadeus was there too. But He motioned For Damali first. While he told Amadeus to "get out." Damali tried not to cower. No Use. Damian lunged for him Grabbing his collar. Then pushed Him away saying "Damali youngster." "I trusted you and Damian Junior. To do the right thing. But don't Worry I will give you another Chance. You get to help DJ with His chores. If you want to keep Your privileges to my house, you Follow my rules. Damian continued "I lost a lot of money. you were Eating and playing for free and That's okay, Sometime". This Establishment is not your club House. In the future if you need Anything, ask me." "My permission Is your clout. Damali Trech, you Are not the big man." Damian Smiled at him, and said "I AM." "say yes uncle, because you do Understand." Damali was almost Comatose. "Yes uncle I understand." I don't Want to ever have this Argument again. Youngster." Damian searched the room for Familiar faces. To his relief, he Saw none. He glared at Damali And said "GO!" Damali tripped Over himself trying to make Space between him and his Disciplinarian uncle. Damian flipped the light switch and Said "get. Out!!" Teenagers crowded The Doorway to escape. The Hakim cops had plenty purposeful Entertainment that day. Damian didn't say anything for the first few minutes of the ride. Until he spoke to Damali again. "and you can visit DJ now it's still Sort of early and I guess you Have plenty to talk about now." "No gang meetings at my mansion. No conferences." So DJ had a smart question after Everything his father said when He was being strangled. DJ asked, "Dad we can't have the Solomon meetings? they Hakim Dad. He didn't mean to But it Was the opportunity of his Fatherhood. He smacked DJ in The face. "I JUST SAID NO GANG HANGOUTS ANYMORE IN THE HOUSE.!" "you Get me now Damian Junior?! DJ felt as though he might shed Tears. Damian said, quite quietly. "I know You are not about to cry Big man." "If you cry I might be Tempted to spill your blood." The car pulled in through the Gates. He said to Damali "you Can go home if you want. But you DJ, gets to go home With Daddy." they all left the car. DJ couldn't get to his room Fast enough. The other two Hakims followed behind him Tripping on the carpeted stairs. They converged in DJs room. Damali spoke. "Man, oh Man I didn't... I didn't know Uncle Damian would do that!! You Okay DJ? DJ nodded his head Yes. Damali said, "I don't... feel The same. I feel like a different Person. I feel like a little kid who Just got spanked." Damali Shook himself shook his dreads. "You feel the same DJ and what Chores do you have? And why Didn't he punish you Amadeus?" Amadeus laughed, "I don't know Maybe you should ask him." DJ looked at Damali expecting his Answer. Damali just put his Head down "I have been Brutally definitely defeated." Damali said, "From now on I will avoid your Father. But Maybe we can have our Meetings some place else." DJ said, I don't think he wants us to Have the meetings any where At all. Anymore!! Damali!. Damali Blurted, But he Slapped you!!" They crept down stairs, quietly Inspecting for mess. Damali And DJ washed dishes. Amadeus Stared at them before he burst Out laughing. DJ was frightened Because Amadeus was inviting Attention they didn't want. When Amadeus saw the expression on Their faces he tried to stop Laughing. But he heard noises And doors opening. Their Reactions were so comical it Only made him laugh harder. Ooh noo. Greatgrand came to Search for the commotion. But here comes. Damian big Boss man. "What's Going on? Do the work and Go." Watch TV do what you want. Damian asked, "Damali you have A curfew? Otherwise you're Welcome to spend the night." Damian said, "Aah better idea. I'll call my brother." He called, "Hey CJ Listen I found our sons at one Of my billards, wrecking the place. Associating with the notorious BLACK CHINA MEN. he looked At Damali "yeah brother those Kids are hell bound. So I had to Dish the discipline by the dose. I hope you understand. I planted My size 13 up both their butts. He watched Damali saying "I think they learned their Lesson." So he wants to stay the Night."
