Celestial Chatter
Said the star to the moon
What’s that blue thing that consumes?
It eats my light,
Glows blue and bright-
Send ships to scour the endless night.
Harbors life,
Hope and strife.
Keeps you at bay with its might.
Said the moon back to the star
How quite naive you are;
The earth does not keep me at bay,
For I control what’s night and day,
I control the wind and waves.
The earth is just as much my slave.
HEY! Up there you both are fools
I’m slave to non, I harbor life
Both of you cannot suffice.
What goods a sun,
If not to shine?
As for you moon,
He’s right your mine!
