Beyond the Distant Horizon
The open sea
Seems endless
In every direction for me
The last accompanying sail
Gone over the edge,
The tip of the mast
A sight I found a comfort
Is now a thing of the past
All alone on a world
With no end
Sailing alone
With a heart to mend
No ocean liner
Or luxury yacht for me
A simple boat
On this useless sea
If I make
Some distant shore
To sail once again
A desire I will have no more
