Dear tony, i know so many with agoraphobia, and its never easy, the fears and panic attacks too that follows with this. And its never easy understanding it unless one sees it personally. I felt the helplessness, its always good to read poems written on these deep subjects that need more awareness. I hope it gets easier for anyone that struggles with this. Sending light always
