A TREE Grows Two Ways
A seed is planted
The seed sprout downward first
To the darken of the earth
Then it begins its journey upward to the light
Reaching for the sky
It roots is like that of the top
Tree grows both its roots downwards,
Anchored by gravity,
Its branches upwards towards the light,
Essentially growing in two opposing directions Simultaneously which is a key aspect of a tree's natural development.
The roots, driven by gravity,
Push down to anchor and nourish the tree,
Called the gravitropic process.
While the branches, seeking light,
Stretch upwards—called the phototropic process.
Trees grow both upwards and downwards,
Which is a fascinating phenomenon.
They expand in two directions simultaneously.
We instinctively know this about trees,
Yet we fail to comprehend the tremendous
Process of life God has given to us.
