A Time and a Place

There's a time when the world makes sense In the shadows of your dreams Where your nightmares play And your demons stay There's a place where the heart's alive In the darkest corners of your mind Where your lifes tragedy sits Tearing your soul to bits There's a way that your blood flows In the widest of your arteries When spilled from your arms Ringing deaths alarms There's a time and a place when blood must be shed In a drowning, bloody, shower of red To slay the horrors of which I've said For this life to join the dead
