A Texted Life

You never returned my text Im so offended My phone lays stagnant Acting all independant How dare you not answer As i stare at blank screen I thought we were friends Guess things arent what they seem Why did you not text me Has your phone found another Ive always answered yours Whenever you bother I think we should meet And talk face to face So we both dont assume things And text words of disgrace You see how technology Has removed social skills To the point friendships are lost To what texting has killed.

Thank you Nette, i appreciate your comment. Its so true people are looking into their phones more than looking into the eyes of someone. I like eyes better, always have. Blessings my friend, Carl
