A Spanish Queen
I met a Spanish Queen the other day
With jet black hair and eyes of coal
Her smile glistened in the mornings ray
She was as lovely as a newborn foal
I watched as she took center stage
It felt as thou she looked into my soul
The words she spoke had wisdom like a sage
I hung on ever word she said
No one could ever keep her spirit in a cage
She bows before the king that she has wed
To ask a favor that she knows he won't withhold
For he will bless her until he's someday dead
I hope you like this story that I told
About a Spanish Queen that is quite bold
