A Silent Thunder

The dark clouds pur, And there's nothing but blur. While the cool breeze whispers , The thunder awaits to strike. The grass murmurs, A big storm is coming. And the lightning has struck, The thunder awaits to strike. On a quiet full moon night, The cricket are chirping. A cloud bursts into droplets of water, The thunder awaits to strike Water is gushing down the gutters, A long term of silence passes. Boom! Goes the thunder, Like a rhythm of an African drum.
