A Golden Day
Northern breeze
blows golden leaves,
Spinning down
from maple trees.
Fall-foliage
blanketed knee-deep,
Rest around rich
scented sediment.
While the crunching
Sound echos,
Over the canvas-
covered Converse.
Swirling ...
a constant melody,
Around the timeless
day of the season.
