A Glow Within
~
I find a hint of orange
peeking out from all the rain
That hung around my world this week
and caused me to complain
But now the clouds are fading
as the sun comes into view
To make this day just like my heart
that shines because of you
For even when the skies are dark
a dampened wind does blow
Stepping over puddles
as throughout my day I go
There always is a glow within
as bright as it can be
Because I have your precious love
right here inside of me
