DEPRESSION...THERE ARE MANY SUBJECTS SURROUNDING THIS MONSTER AND IT IS HARD TO BEAT. BUT YOU CAN BEAT IT, I DID, SO CAN YOU. HANG ON AND I PROMISE, WITH THE RIGHT HELP, YOU WILL RESIST THAT BANQUET EVENTUALLY.

there are days when it feels like,
I survive on a banquet of madness,
while paying for pain that feeds me,
with a pound of stubborn persistence,
depression entices my hunger,
with a feast of perpetual sadness,
while my much awaited dessert,
called happiness,
Is met with much resistance.
