1 of a Truly Angelic Kind and the Reasoning Behind

Whilst I sit back please do not take me
as a fool

As I see through you clear as day

Like I know this about you for sure

Though you pretend not to care and
protest to much

I sure as hell know you do and so 
much more

Otherwise why on earth do never seem
to put yourself 1st let alone give yourself
a seconds afterthought

And because I know you I therefore also
think I know the reasoning behind why
you choose to do why and what you
do as well

And it is because such is the depth
and feelings way down in the soul
of your heart that makes you so

And why I also understand why it
hurt's you when that very same 
wheel turns and comes pointedly
back at you

You sadly find yourself with only you
nobody else to reciprocate as like
you doth help

But yet again you just brush yourself
off and down and place back on your
stout face mask

So you may return as quick as possible
so as to throw your hat back into the
ring and thrust yourself back into harm's
way

Just incase one of your ohh so many loved one's find themselves in time's of need and 
loving kind heartedness protection 

Then you can right back there for
and be there for them almost like
you had never left

And the reasoning behind why I think
that is this

I see right through you clear as day 
because I like you both love and care

And hopefully because I constantly
take the time to understand and get
to better know you

And why again you do no more choose
to do what you do rather it is the mark
if you

Because no 1 is nor could ever do what
you do

And the very reason there is and only
ever will be 1 of you

The 1st and only number and person
they truly wish and choose to call upon

Should ever times of hardships or
far worse a fall from grace befall
them 

Then what they need and search out
you alone possess in abundance 

A wise old head to council an understanding
consolingly listening ear

And most of all a friendly face and warm 
all encompassing loving embrace

The likes of which takes you back to
one upon a time to whence you were a
child

That wrapped tightly up all around me
and offered me and acted as a protection 
blanketing me in safety  

Until I eventually reached my destination
and have come to realize I now believe
I am no longer home alone 

As in actual fact what i have finally 
rediscovered and found is a means
and a route so as in order to find
my way back home
