Engagement Wedding Poems and Vows

engagement wedding poems

Engagement poems can add a touch of romance and sentiment to a special moment. They can express deep emotions, love, and commitment in a concise and heartfelt way. These poems can serve as a beautiful reminder of the love shared between two people embarking on a journey together.

Bride To Be

Oh sweet bride to be
as the flowers bloom
you snuck to my room
in hopes of a lustful spoon
Groom anxiously awaits
as your father opens the front gates
No one will comprehend our fate
Face to face we engage
Stockings, undergarments and satin lace
on the floor they lay
We embrace and grind away

A Wedding Proposal

Walk beside me and be my wife,
Enjoy with me this beauty we call life.

My heart glows with happiness when you are near.
I want to be with you forever, my dear.

I tremble at your every touch,
This is because I love you so much.

If there was only one wish I could have today,
It would be to feel this way each and every day.

The sound of your voice fills my heart.
Is there nothing that can keep us apart?

Yesterday is just a dream, our future yet to express.
Let us share this life with our same name and address.
I hope you always say yes!

Passion

Three small words brought us close; unified with two. -------------- (C) John C Michaels, May 2017

Wedding Bells

Wedding bells rings
With all my kith and kin
Where is my engagement ring?
Oh! It dropped in the bin.

Oh!dear don't fear
They loves me lot
We will wear new clothes
We will look fabulous both

Lightning is everywhere
Bang bang goes in the air
It seems as I m
In some fair

With dancing guest
I can't take rest
Garland heavy moving on my chest
They all are doing best

I m in wrath
You should hold your breath
Don't waste my time
Eat and enjoy
Then say gud bye .

Put On the Ring

How did I find such a man as this? How can we share such happiness? Of course I said yes, I put on the ring Excited, elated, of what the world will bring But more than the wedding- the frills and the lace It's to be forever within his tender embrace

Modern Wedding Wakers

Modern Weddings Wakers

My passion is poetry,
To write is my special gift- created or imagined;
Know marriage is not a laughing matter ,
Wedding is not a joke , for it can generate great laughter.
                                      It is the crux of a life of beauty;
It is the quiet sounds of fulfillment.

Promises

Promises Emotions that I could not know Now fill me up until I'm whole A feeling so intangible Your beauty pierces through my soul Your smile grips my beating heart To your tender touch I fall apart, To the one whom I love Your happiness I put above Above my own and any other Never subject to another But should our fate force us to part I'll hold you deep within my heart And keep my love for you inside Until my body and soul divide

Five

Five sisters. Each as pretty as the other.
Their names are Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring
and nameless. Whom to choose from them? I’d rather…
Five sisters! Each as pretty as the other!
I’d rather seek the blessing of their mother
to put on nameless this engagement ring.
Five sisters. Each as pretty as the other.
Their names are Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring.

* Ring finger is called nameless finger in Russian.

Our Dad

Dad steps back into this room.
Today is his birthday,
soon to be his wedding anniversary.
The day before yesterday marked
the date of his engagement.

Yes, this is Dad, he strolls back,
back into my life.
Dad does this kind of thing,
a father we all love, recall.
He's been gone for ten years now.
