Born in Baltimore, grew up around Washington DC area parents and myself worked in Public Agencies, I worked in personnel, Employee Relations and Discrimination Complaints Investigations then was Nonprofit Counselor for women and homeless. Movied to CA, lived here for years and will stay. Enjoy reading, non-fiction but fiction and poetry my favorites. have dogs, married. Love nature beautiful and tough. But have been dealing with a rare type of cancer and does affect my ability to find words especially if tired. Writing and reading poetry are therapuetic in seveeral ways for me and so occasionally I do look at a poem I have written and thing OMG I need to redo that. Off and on get tired and do not write for awhile. Thank you Poets for being kind. And for some of your wonderful poems.
