Im In Love With God

oh im in love with God
now what should i do
should i conquer the east 
or the west or the entire world
and hand it to you
at first i thought there is no place for anyone other than God in my heart
but now im sure a woman can enter too and make this heart a home
God talks to me in my dreams and in my wake we laugh all the time
Hes the best friend ive ever had and im at peace finally

i try to rhyme words and make sense of it all
filling in the empty void with lyrics and sounds
all alone feeling so blue wish it would end in a minute or two
but im here for the long haul
my time has yet not come im stuck between heaven and earth
wishing upon a falling star next the the ocean blue
living like this God has no mercy on my heart 
but i guess this is life so what can you do

Grey Clouds

grey clouds have dispersed n the sun shines brightly on me
now everything has become beautiful n im glad
i hear the birds chirping n the music is sweet
even the flowers have regained their color n smell

Loneliness

Feel so unwanted and unloved like a lonely soul left in this God forsaken world
a lone star waiting to burn out to die away and fade unnoticed
life is not fair and this loneliness is killing me , might things get much worse before they get 
better.
this silence is good enough to meditate but not good enough to live in.
slowly death creeps up upon me eating me away quietly and into my dreams it penetrates.
No where left to hide no where to run just a small grave and my list of deeds. How am I to
react as they spill the beans.
My soul is getting eaten away and the devil shows no remorse. God watches silently having
power over everything but His will seems harsh.
Why must i enter oblivion falling down the endless pit. Flames do not harm me but an empty
hell is sad.
More faces must enter and more will be seen , quietly i die , dreaming in my sleep.
I open my eyes and im in heaven, beautiful gardens and all my desires surround me but 
Heaven is empty. Not a single soul has reached paradise just me and my thoughts.
i scream and shout and cry for help for someone to reply but it is all quiet just birds and
animals are my companions. No God no angels just Adam all alone in his solitude. I feel 
God and His time before creation. Nothing but a lonely God. And then I feel Adam all alone
in the garden without an Eve. I wake up in my bed still Lonely.

Stoned Again Loneliness Friends

stoned again after a long time 
hanged out with friends had a good time
loneliness is gone my companion is back
been a few months since i had a joint
going to NA not going to make weed my life
just going to enjoy it One Last time

Loneliness

So many years of being lonely and no companion by my side.
waking up lonely in bed everyday no one to snuggle no one to hold.
Tired of this existence death would be sweeter.
Looking at lovers holding hand and blessing them good luck and togetherness.
Tired of walking the road alone as lonely as a man can be.
My days are long and sad waiting for someone to complete me.
My shadow my only friend but he too is lonely just like me.
A woman's shadow to give it company... long dark shadows on the floor.
Two lovers kissing God bless their souls. But alas this loneliness feels like an eternity.
Just as lonely as God on His throne High above us two loners misunderstood by the world.

Among Friends

Hanged out with friends after a long time
talked about the memories of the past
and made new memories all the while
lonely times now forgotten the feeling of being alive
bliss and peace of a different kind 
should cherish time spent with friends 
laughing aloud and free a connection of the heart
some married some still single all doing well in their lives
its good to meet friends all the time

Oh love how you have fooled me many times,
i have been caught in your web once again,
with a pretty face and beautiful eyes,
how many times before i have lost this game,
yet i never give up and again am prepared for hurt,
wish you would stop playing with my heart,
its been broken by you so many times,
but this time i will be strong,
i wont listen to you oh cruel heart,
but play the game with my MIND....
