Finite

The night- serene and dark,
We lay, mellowed in peace,
How silence would embark,
Down to its utter tease.

As no morning moves,
There’s news I don’t see,
only the outside shoos,
but this, this couldn’t be.

Our little bundle of joy
Is heard of- a distant keep,
I want a toy
To lull me back to sleep.

I can’t, there are people all around,
Could I ask them why?
Was it so low to sound
For anyone to pass by.

The crackles, crispy clatter,
Halls that stand still,
That’d been the matter,
Where holes would fill.

The smile, the chill we feel,
No longer a walk in winter,
Would ride us by wheel,
Yet as it'd wither,
There’s a lonesome squeal.

You ask to detest,
But this was a dream,
Sleek as silver, lest
We redeem.

Lively Company

The world would’ve been an empty zone,

If we were there, but all alone,

There would be few to talk on phone,

And feelings would not be known,

Sadness would creep inside and remain,

Happiness would not be easy to retain.

Thankfully, this is not the case,

The world has its own phase.

They are like a rainbow,

Different, but the same always,

Knowing you better throughout days,

Supporting you in various ways.

Whispers, chats, and other talks,

Hikes, parties, and outdoor walks.

A place where we belong,

Somewhere things go wrong,

But these are among…

…memories that will keep the link,

And will never seem to shrink.

Life takes turns, changes and has trends,

But unforgettable are one’s friends.

Is That True

Life is a lamp,
That cannot be lit,
A narrow hole,
Where we do not fit.

Two things are main,
For both liveliness and gain,
One we should always do,
After a goal we choose,
Other is the spirit,
We should never loose.

It can easily be said no,
But one should give a go,
And let others know,

That with try and trial no matter who,
There's always something one can do.

Life is a bent slope,
From where we can fall,
But if we have hope,
We can change it all.
