Pokemon Team

Ignored by many you are Aipom,
Your talent I did see,
Your ability to replicate protects my team and poison you may inflict,
Pass the torch to my beautiful bug, let her perform her dance,
Her speed shall she also increase and guard our team as well,
The torch moves yet again to you my dragon,
Your power is matchless,
If by luck you are removed,
My champ shall then arise to build himself to remove all foes,
Beware of the telepath that follows,
For his mind knows no end,
Finally, my almost immobile giant which packs power in both mind and wave.

Athlete's Journey

This sport, a passion of mine, My teammates, all better than I, Will I ever get recognition? Hard work, part of my life as the air I breathe, To become as the rest, more must I do than they, Pain my body must endure, Blood I must shed without reservation, Sacrifices it shall require, All who have laughed, Those who dared to mock me, Shall see me ascend above all, A dream was where I began, A reality it shall become, If you believed, If you believed not, Witness it you shall!

Love

Blind love may be, Forgiving, loyal, truthful, But never unsure

Woman I Love

Beauty you can't cloak, Your Kindness as plain as day, My love, your treasure

Missed Opportunity

Love so passionate we felt for each other,
My heart felt for you, what it did for no other,
But for us to become one, you did not desire,
"Friends", you preferred and slowly quenched my heart's fire.

I found favour in the eyes of another,
My love for you became like that of a brother.
She was mine and I was hers, so it would be forever.

This new love, through your heart it tore,
When my union began, then did you want more,
Too late it was, new love I now had,
Your opportunity now dashed, I was already a happy lad

Much tears you shed, your own mistake,
Propelled me to another, your heart it did break,
My love for her more powerful than ours could be,
May you also find the one who brings you glee.

Why

Why dear woman do I love you so?
Why oh why won't I let you go?
Why must this feeling not cease to grow?
When was I struck by cupid's bow?

Why was it me, of so many men?
Why do I not now know, like I didn't then?
Why was I struck by love's blade like the oblivious hen?
Why will you not disappear like the ink of an erasable pen?

The alert side of me knows we need separation,
But for such an event, my heart has had no preparation,
So I hold fast to you as a prized possession,
Never letting go even in my love's recession.

Love burning bright as the day it first ignited,
Back when we were anxious and well excited,
Those days now long gone, all I feel is frustration,
But why can't I leave though I need evacuation?

Strength To Love

Hurt and betrayal, the heart has endured,
Into her painful trap of lust it was lured,
Tears from the eyes, the symbol of pain,
Again, will there ever be strength to love?

Time brings forth healing and new perception,
Wisdom and knowledge as well,
Fear has creeped in so trust the heart shall sell,
From where shall the strength emerge to love?

Another attraction, more affection, heart opened once again,
Joy she brings, possibly to be follwed by sorrow,
Whether a gate to happiness or to the lion's den,
She is my new strength to love.

Hurt

Now torn to pieces, Never shall I be repaired, You also shall drown

Possibilities

Time I have spent in your presence,
In conversation with you as well,
My feelings I hide in false pretence,
Hoping to never tell.

While speaking to you on a certain night,
You requested knowledge of where my affection lies,
On my feelings I did shed light,
Hoping there was not much surprise,

I must know more of you,
I must see more of you,
To ascertain if you are truly my desire,
The only way to know, you must ignite my heart's fire.

Like has the power to become love so great,
The same can become nothing at all,
Only time will tell of our combined fate,
First I must get past your walls.

Take the time to know me, believe this day,
That I can be everything and never go away

Permanent Love

There'll never be another, wonderful as you,
To make me experience feelings I never knew.
Your soft voice, to my ears, a melodic rhyme,
In the future, to seal it, the wedding bells shall chime.
I won't be the type to love a thousand girls with passing days,
Instead I'll be the one to love you in a thousand ways.

Giving me your love makes me a stronger individual,
Loving you, not just a habit, but now a repeated ritual.
What we now possess, a treasure you've been seeking for years,
You could sense it's coming through all your past tears.
The heartbreaking trials of our past, only preparation,
For this perfect union, there'll never be separation.

For many others, their so-called love diluted with infatuation,
But ours so strong, in it we've experienced full saturation.
At times you wish to know what makes you the object of my affection,
So many words apply, it seems impossible to make a selection.
For if I choose some, there's so much I wouldn't say,
Because my love for you is so much, it could not all be uttered within a single day.
Our attraction remains as spotless as the feathers of a dove,
So strong, so long, two shall become one, truly permanent love.
