A Hidden Disease (Dedicated To the Victims of Bullying)

A HIDDEN DISEASE. (2006 July 2006)

A pack of wolves,
Their eagerness reined,
Like men imprisoned, whose
appetites are awakened to
maim...destroy. Anilihate.
Await to devour lambs.

Pleasure sniffed through flared nostrils,,,
Behind glistened eyes.. hidden glee!
Joyous gloating, Power!
surges at the forth coming massacre.
The innocent...
cringe, quiver,
scared, powerless, confused.
Cries for help hidden, desperate,
Victims...
who dread the break of day,
from the never ceasing , merciless
hunt.

A few lambs will flee,
Sickness for some an excuse,
Many will stay away,
suicide the answer to others,
to stop the endless pain.
The bleating voices of the sheep
will baa! They are weak, that
it has always existed...
humanity is the same throughout
it will never change,
they get what they deserve when
they don't conform,
is the argument of hunter's, bystanders,
amongst the mindless flock.

Everywhere civilised, enlightened, people live,
Disguised in wealth, fame, middle class, poor,
The silent disease rampant though denied,
Leaven that taints the bread,
Inoculated to it cries.
The masked bully carries on untouched.

Forever Free Forever Young.

FOREVER FREE FOREVER YOUNG

Forever young, forever free I will be,
Free I will be, Forever young, you will see.
My mind explores, expands, searches,
Soul connects, feeling's evaluate,
The thermometer of How I am?
Makes me Who I am?
The hidden life support.
Pure essence spirit soars, infinite, eternal.
Humanity's' sacred earthen temple the body
seeks early graves,
Forever young, Forever Free I will be.

Society's dictates Ages' rules,
Convention potent, mundane, boring, stereotyping,
People living as if they were dead.
Resurrection Myth extinct while the breath, live.
Boxes, locks, bolts, chains, cages I reject,
Resurrection I exclaim! Proclaim! Claim daily,
Forever free, forever young, will be my plea!

Son of all good things,
Shine, radiate, let me feel the warmth of your rays,
Touch, saturate with your love, peace, joy,
Supply family, friends, comfort, money,
Rejuvenate me so I am,
Forever free, Forever young I will be,
Free Forever, Forever young you will see,
this will be my everlasting plea!
Forever Free! Forever Young!
FOREVER YOUNG FOREVER FREE.

Secrets

Darkness, clothed in secrecy,
Surgical hands,
Not a breath was drawn.
Parasite, sucking life from me.
“Magical”hands of surgeon,
Giving back my Liberty.
30 pieces of Silver was expensive,
This job was cheap.
Eradicating this encumbrance,
Compared to Judas Iscariot.
In the night when all is still,
Memory broods, over shadows all.
Switch to Automatic Pilot
sleep comes.
Daughters' wedding, babe in pram,
Jar's heart momentarily,
Of what might or could have been.
Wrinkled grave looms closer,
Memory now ceaseless,encompassing,relentless.
I am out of control,
Crashing, looming, explosion,
Thousands of pieces,
Debris,destruction.
I lie fragmented,
WHO AM I?
Tormented,
“Magical”surgical hands,
YOU promised me liberty,
LIES...........
A PRISON,
THAT WILL LAST FOR ETERNITY.

The Outsiders

I cry in the dark as I lie in bed,

For all the lonely, friendless, damaged ones,

Wounded by cruel, unjust words.

Spoken to maim, cripple, demean,

Words dipped in Sweetened Condensed Milk.

The persona innocent humour.

Gladiators'  surrounding the victim,

The spectator's smirk, grin, preen, bolster,

their  peacock delicate esteems.

Power rush to the ego,

Star role guaranteed,

Still glitter, will attract the Gladiator people.

An outsider will sit alone,

Watch  the Stars of this world shine,

Hoping for someone from the star kingdom to be kind,

enquire if they are fine.

Invisible ones survive,

A few fly reach the sky.

Eventually on mass the invisible Outsiders,

Come to accept what the Superiors'  call mundane.

Putting aside dreams, realists now,

No room for fantasy, frivolity.

In their world play it safe,

No surprises, excitement,

Stone cold reality reigns.

There  are scales  in my mind I see,

I try to balance...theres's no way it can done.

The chasm is huge between the realists, superiors , dreamer's.'

Confusion, sadness, anger intertwines,

How can they do this to each other?

Whom we call our brother, sister.

This question isn't new,

It's been here from the beginning.

Abel's blood from the ground cries out,

Still calls unheeded, unheard.

The fire siren penetrates the silence of the night,

A single tear drops,

I weep  as the  dreams crumble,

Flower petals at their feet,

I cry in the dark as I lie in bed,

For all the lonely, friendless, damaged ones as they sleep

In a Wink Its Past

It begins in innocence,

 The world greets,

 Wraps its arms tight,

 Welcomes!

Honey sticky sweet childhood drips, lick.

 Dreams bloom, flourish,

 Wild hope rampant, vision sharp.

 Freed from responsibilities, restraints,

 Naivety a luxury.

 Pampered, sheltered, fleeting moments.

 Time robber, party make friends,

 Educate, work, experimentation, discovering ourselves,

 Form philosophies,beliefs,

 Endless days lie before.

We gorge, obese from the banquet,

Our minds have no concept of life's fragility.

 Thief time claws strike,

 Invisible non intrusive.

 Courting, fighting, loving,breeding,

Marriage, divorcing, relationships, oddments, all sorts.

 Climb ladder to success,

 Traveling,dying, this is called life,

 I will pass from it,

 Will anyone notice I've gone?

 Does it matter?

My memory will it live on?

Or like a daisy fresh born on the lawn,

 Be here then gone.

Futility! Is there a Master plan?

Play a tune do a dance,

Quick glance take a chance,

In a wink its past it doesn't last.

Springs Hope

I'm shocked at you standing there,
i thought you were gone for good,
All the feelings I once had for you come
tumbling to the fore; feelings I buried,
dead, covered, forgotten, deep in heart's soil,
or so I thought.

Memories of those glorious days we spent together,
The warmth of your love sun rays upon my skin,
Tender kisses given in secret, as well as velvet
green fields.
The baby that was born from the flames of passion,
I'm awestruck with wonder at this life.

I kicked myself for not heeding the warnings,
Choosing to ignore them as I could not bear to admit
to what inside I knew as true, I was smothering,
holding on to tight, I was losing you.

When you left I was numb, barren, void,
A recluse I become.
Months later here you stand my love,
Hope springs forth, is it possible for the
cinders of a passion to be rekindled?
Or is this a moment in life's journey?

OH! I hope this is MY Spring,
The season where we are reborn,
Where love is renewed.

The Bridge

A chasm gigantic lies between,

Disbelief, incomprehensible than an abyss exists,

We began enraptured, enthralled, adoring each other,

Now we live as strangers.

Fear, bewilderment, doubts, Nimbus clouds floating in my mind,

Daunting questions nag,

Will we last, can it work, or is this the end?

Different places, different people,

I reach my hand into nothingness it seems,

Once tangible, now intangible reality,

Was any of what we shared real?

The feelings are surreal,

I want to scream,

At the fool caught in fantasy.

I search for invisible answers,

None come to mind,

Helpless, in agony with this question in my mind,

Will this love I knew die?

A bridge unconditional love I glimpse,

Fragile though it be,

I gingerly step on to it feeling, crawling.

Land I reach new, unexplored pastures wait,

I nibble, taste.

Unique individuals we remain,

Different paddocks we graze,

The fences once that stood gone now for good,

Unconditiional love is the bridge for fragile love to grow again.

Terrorism

Seducing, compelling, emotive,fluctuating, flowing,

laced cocktail of hypocrisy.

Oracles of patriotism passionately spouted.

Flags adorning tables, roofs of buildings cars, veranda's of homes,

A nation encompassed in patriotism,

God Bless America.

Grief a waterfall,

Loss an infinity of stars,

Anger tidal waves , beating of breasts,

Cries for justice for the loss, pain,

being kicked in the gut.

Pride nests upon the shelf like dust,

Rears her head hissing,

Who do they think they are doing this to?

The greatest power in the world.

Eradicate varmints of evil,

Beating of drums,

War dances, cries, begins,

Terrorismmmmmmmmmmmm!

The demon.... lurking.... stench pervades...

BOOM.........BOOM......... BOOM................

sTOMP. STOMP....... Feet marching.

Chambers of Fear

The temples talk, walk, breath,

Glorious in there appearance.

Hidden, invisible, sacred chambers, reside.

Electric fences strung like Christmas lights

draping a tree,

Around the perimeters ripple,

Tremors from life's unexpected shots hit.

Screams silent, ping, breathing short,

Panic grips a vice.

Hearts mice on exercise wheel races.

Demons creep,

Fire darts needle sharp into temples chambers of their minds.

Torment cruel through the helpless temples night.

What are these that invite themselves into sacred chambers?

Invisible thieves called fear or fears living within chambers.

Taunt,haunt, drive, rob, paralyze,

Unconscious insecurities, needs, anger, bitterness, warnings,

cowardice hosts.

Living inside everyman masks of fear in the secrecy of hidden

chambers living in temples appearances glorious are revealed.
