All of Me

I wonder how much space I would take in a book.
If I could filled up a chapter
Or just a page.
I realized I can fit in one word
So I won't write it.

I Was There

My grandpa has always been old
I met him old and I lost him older.
He used to sing to me
About a house near the beach
A house without doors but full of windows
A house with people you can't hug.

Yesterday I found it
I found the house near the beach
It's broken and has a door,
It's empty and lost her job
He was there, standing still
Full of song about a house
Way too much old.

Not Meant To Be

I guess we are not meant to be
but we sure moved the stars
even for just a second.
And I saw one smile back at us
knowing how it would end
but still enjoying the view
of two girls
that were not meant to be.
