Mark Charles Poem
There are many life species, on our planet
whose lives, are desperate and stressful
trying to cope with life, as we know it
dealing with strive, that is not normal
Humans have invented, this thing called money
which has created, the political economic system
that has never worked, for all life to be sunny
as they thought it was wise, but it has no wisdom
Humans are supposed to be, Mother Nature’s caretakers
but it seems like, they just want to be undertakers
as all of our breeding, increases human population
that only leads to, Mother Nature’s destruction
Humans have become like, bacteria in a petri dish
being crammed into, so much human density
like being caught in a fishing net, just wanting one wish
to get out of this place, the human rat race
We have been brainwashed, to think
that life, is all about money
but all life, is on the brink
of going, straight down the dunny
Mother Nature’s life, has been dominated
by those who have become, rich and powerful
as it just seems, we have been mandated
to be manipulated, by those who are ungrateful
There are many who led, with bulling and manipulation
as it is their ambition, is to get a bonus pay packet
so they are very willing, to create their corruption
to get what they want, to wear their bogus jacket
They say that competition, is a good thing
but there is always, a winner and a loser
with those that have, more power to spring
and those who can’t compete, don’t have much of a future
Humans go out and kill, endangered wildlife
to greed their need, to feed their family
and there are those, who greed for their own life
as they don’t seem to have, a life of empathy
Humans have planned and implemented, deforestation
and we keep on destroying, with all this mining
which has only led, to our planet’s destruction
for our selfish attitude, of being a superior being
The greed of money, has created so much pollution
and overconsumption, of the earth’s material resources
as money has blurred their vision, for the right solution
to solve all our problems, with the right logical sources
There are many humans, around all our grime
who really struggle, with the stress of life
so out of desperation, they turn to crime
to relieve their stress, to have a decent life
All this has given us, a lot of health problems
because it has caused, inequality of life
to which is why, we have many society problems
as money, has never solved our problems

Mark Charles Poem
At a very young age, David spent his early days
collecting natural specimens, fossils and stones
always venturing out, to our planets sun rays
throughout his amazing life, even, with old bones
As a broadcaster, writer, educator and naturalist
and his two years spent, serving the Royal Navy
he has inspired so many, to become an activist
as his life experience, doesn’t allow, animal slavery
Who would of thought, that David doesn’t drive a car
but I think this is great, not being hooked into bait
as his zoology and geology, have taken him so far
and his natural sciences, have accomplished his fait
‘The Natural World’, is so amazingly beautiful
so valuable, so important, and so wonderful
with many lands standing out, with Flora and Fauna
but it is human greed, that turns it, into a sauna
‘Our Planet’, is headed for one big disaster
“Human beings have over run the word”
as human’s greed of nature, cannot be fixed with a plaster
but humans need nature, or we all, fall on our sword
‘The Blue Planet’, sounding like, life is worth living
is a visual beauty, that should be sharing and caring
and David Attenborough’s emotional view, on the blue
has encouraged us, not turn our planet, into stew
David Attenborough’s vision, on the ‘State of the Planet’
is explained when we the human being, had evolved
we started destroying our life source, on our granite
by cutting, digging, burning and poisoning, until dissolved
‘Life on Earth’, as we, the human race knows it
has David Attenborough thinking, have we blown it
saying, if humans disappeared from this place
the planet would take back, all of its space
As one of the most travelled persons, on the planet
showing us that all life is crucial, for ‘The Living Planet’
it is no surprise, that he is called, a ‘National Treasure’
as his dedication and admiration, has given us, so much pleasure
Whether it is cats, or just his dislike of rats
his love of creatures, can be seen in his features
and it is his passion, that should become fashion
as his enthusiasm, should become, everyone’s humanism
David Attenborough, you have told the human race
that we need all life to be healthy, to succeed in life
as Mother Nature is life, with important elements, for all life
so let us be caring, to live long and prosper, in Mother Nature’s life
David Attenborough, you are a glowing star
for everyone to look up to, and engage with the saving, of all life

Ganges River Dolphins are listed as, endangered
and once lived in the fresh river systems of Nepal, India, and Bangladesh
These Dolphins only live in freshwater rivers, and are essentially blind
and are an important indicator, for the health of their river’s ecosystem
These Dolphins get caught up in fishing nets, as human bycatch
and human overfishing, is depleting their prey, on their own patch
They are also poached, for human greed of their meat and oil
and humans have encroached, like henchman that deplete with turmoil

Mark Charles Poem
A young Jane liked to observe, native birds and animals
making notes, sketches, and reading zoology and ethology
Her fascination of animal behavior, and their fundamentals
has taken her back in time, to work out their chronology
Jane Goodall for many years, lived among chimpanzees
to study the primates of Tanzania, in their natural habitat
immersing herself in their lives, and to help them to appease
by observing their actions, and becoming their diplomat
“Observing Chimps in Africa”, spending lots of time in trees
she imitated their behaviors, with a non-threatening pattern
that had limited murmurs, while not wanting to sneeze
and she started eating their food, as they accepted her intrusion
Two years of seeing them daily, the Chimp’s showed her no fear
when they started to approach her, in the search of bananas
The thinking of chimps as vegetarian, was a delusion of despair
as they were seen eating meat, and were nothing like Lammas
“Chimp Behavior Discoveries”, have given us some insights
about making tools out of plants, to spoon out and eat termites
Chimps have been seen, stalking, killing and eating animals
large insects, birds, baby baboons and other big mammals
Chimpanzee family structure, has dominant males at the top
and their complex social system, really helps then to develop
Their long-term family bonds, use touch and embraces to comfort
and a communicating method, a sound language that’s been taught
“Chimpanzee Family Book”, was written to educate children
with a learning tool, into saving the chimp’s struggling blight
and to protect their environment, without human development
because they are our descendants, an historic learning insight
“Seeds of Hope: Wisdom and Wonder from the Plants”
is what Jane advocates, for our ecological preservation
through the Jane Goodall Institute, with a few mini-grants
for her dedicated Wildlife Research, Education and Conservation
Jane Goodall’s book, “In the Shadow of Man”
is all about, our second most intelligent primate
discussing the chimpanzee’s treatment, from the human clan
and the captive moral dilemma, of abusing our historic mate
Jane Goodall, you are an amazing caring primate
who treats all life, as if you are, best mates

You watch the news and see all those louts
who drink and abuse, by making fools of themselves
To fix their spews, so they don’t go south
let’s not sell them booze, to feed their mouth

Greta Thunberg
you have a heart of gold
unfortunately, there are those
with a heart, that is cold
You stand up, for what is right
using your proud voice
that helps us all fight
the human destruction plight
You have the support of your family
as they back you up yearly
and you have support of many
who are your back up family
You have the passion
when others, just want aspersion
as you care, about all life
when others, only care for their life
When you speak to the masses
I get chills down my spine
as you are so inspiring
with your honest logical thinking
Your care for Mother Nature
is all about our future
but the political economic culture
is ruining our agriculture
Mother Nature is life
and your part in our strive
is helping us with might
for our future to be bright
Greta Thunberg, thank you
you are a star, for all life

Green turtles are listed as, endangered
and are mainly found, in tropical and sub-tropical sea oceans
they are one of the largest sea turtles, to have ever embraced our oceans
and are the only Sea Turtle herbivore, and a great sea ocean mentor
Green turtles graze on seagrasses, that helps maintain beds of seagrass
and when they have digested, going to the dunny release’s vital nutrients
for many species of plants and animals, as they thrive with stimulants
and seagrass beds are nurseries, for species to amass their social class
Sea turtles need beaches for nesting, but humans are encroaching
and they harvest their eggs, and hunt the adults for greedy investing
Coastal development, vehicle beach traffic, and other human activities
are destroying sea turtle nesting, and climate change is male declining

Malayan Tigers are listed as, critically endangered
and they used to be known, as Indochinese Tigers
They live is in the Malay Peninsula, of Thailand
in their habitat of forests, grasslands and wetlands
They have threats of poaching, for the illegal black markets
as China will not put ban, on the use of tiger parts
and deforestation for development, for the human ferrets
to construct roads, logging and agriculture, just breaks many hearts
Habitat destruction, has forced tigers into human territory
and there have been many Tiger killings, with human dissention
and tigers kill humans and livestock, because they are predatory
as their lives are desperate, to not end up with extinction

Borneo Pygmy Elephants are listed as, endangered
and they were isolated, about 300 thousand years ago
from their cousins, on mainland Asia and Sumatra
and they are known as, the smallest Asian Elephant
They have shrinking forests, with human settlements
and there’s a lot of logging, with a conveyor belt running
There are palm oil plantations, creating a lot of sediment
and a lot of agriculture, destroying their natural environment
