I am going to rest here
wearing down the chair
feeling one's weight
Emotional set-up
was climbing the walls
light above, with no ideas
got stopped by the police
for walking within the fields
didn't realize they had cameras in the hills
Restrict my movement, why don't you?
God forbid natural chaos
No firm grip
I chose to have things to do this day
but I put them on hold
biding my time to be alone
Though I thought I left it too late
will you wait for me?
I am trying to remain found
circling light on the waves
anchor loose
leaning overboard
Within the depths are words left unsaid
without remorse
Brick walls one can jump a fence
True feelings banging on corridor doors
entering their moment
Usually, they turn away in disgust
Do not enter their worldview
Pretty items have their place
What can one offer in this late hour?
Perhaps a hand on the shoulder?
I see you in the sticks
the avenues, off-grid
the sand and pebbles
Would one remain when day's end comes?
I feel a slight movement of appreciation
That's all that's needed
to carry on ticking boxes
one's acceptance
Done enough for today let them rest
Hello again, reality
Been a while
You caught me painting a scene
forever open for interpretation
Guide me, lighthouse
I am trying to return home
I gave it all to get here
Can I be greeted with smiles?
In fear of being dismissed
lost at sea
I swam those beaches
but the current was always against me
A message in a bottle
over starboard
it shall bring you hope
when it washes ashore
"You are not alone," shall be said
I'll find the meaning to all this
Just watch me
I've disagreed with every step
vibrant colors, zest of life
an idea, deities
Mysteries of the seas
I am closer than one thinks!
